An appointment is not necessary for most of the repairs, but walk-ins are always welcome! You can visit our shop within our business hours, and we will help you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can make an appointment through our website or by calling for a time, perhaps for a more intricate issue.

It varies depending on the device and the problem. Most routine cellular repairs (such as screen or battery swaps) can be completed within an hour. More involved repairs or some computer repairs could take a few hours up to one day. We try our best for same-day service where possible, and we will provide you with an estimated time of completion after being able to diagnose your device.

The price of repairs is determined by the model of the device being fixed. We have free diagnoses – after taking a look, we will tell you precisely what is wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix, up front. We charge competitive prices and have no hidden costs. If you choose not to have repairs done, you won’t be charged for the diagnosis.

Yes, absolutely. We stand by our work. Any repairs have a warranty on the parts that have been replaced and our work (the length of time for the warranty will depend on the type of repair made). If there is a problem with a repair that we have done, simply return the device and we will fix it for free.
